面向连铸设备维护维修和大修的知识模型

摘要: 讨论了钢铁连铸设备生命周期内维护、维修与大修业务的特点和业内知识管理现状,在分析利用本体技术构建维护、维修和大修知识模型的意义之后,提出基于元本体、领域本体和应用本体三层结构用Web本体语言构建维护、维修和大修知识模型的思路:将元本体简单、合理的逻辑结构作为知识模型中抽象的顶层概念,来较优地体现事物之间具有的一般规律;在元本体之上结合维护、维修和大修领域知识结构构建领域本体;面向某钢铁企业连铸设备的维护、维修和大修业务,构建了设备结构、设备状态、设备故障和维护、维修和大修业务流程等相关知识模型。讨论了基于维护、维修和大修知识模型的可配置流程实例,以促进维护、维修和大修行业知识的共享与重用。

Abstract: Features of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) service in continuous casting equipment and its knowledge management were discussed. After analyzing significance of constructing MRO knowledge model by ontology, based on the three-layer construction including meta-ontology, domain ontology and application ontology, an idea of using Web Ontology Language(OWL) to construct MRO knowledge model was proposed. With simple and reasonable logic feature of ontology, it was used to represent general rules in top abstraction layer. Based on meta-ontology, domain ontology was constructed with MRO domain knowledge structure. Corresponding knowledge models such as equipment structure, equipment status, equipment failure and MRO business process were set up oriented to MRO business in iron and steel continuous casting equipment. Finally, configurable process example based on MRO knowledge model was discussed to promote knowledge sharing and reuse in MRO field.
