摘要: 提出一种面向计算机数控领域的视图—特征—构件建模方法,该方法采用多视角的方式捕获计算机数控领域的共性特征,将特征映射到多视图平面容器,并依据特征在视图容器中建立相应的领域元模型。基于所构建语言,分别在结构视图、行为视图、系统视图中进行层次化结构、动态行为、硬件平台建模。数控系统应用模型可通过仿真在设计早期实现形式化的系统性能验证,在此基础上,通过模型解释器实现面向目标平台的代码自动生成。以两轴车床数控系统和三轴铣床数控系统为实施对象进行了验证,结果表明了基于特定领域建模的视图—特征—构件建模方法的有效性。

Abstract: A View-Function-Component (VFC) modeling methodology oriented to Computer Numerical Control(CNC)system domain was proposed, which captured general domain features from multi-view and then mapped to corresponding multi-view container. The domain meta-model was constructed in the container according to the features. Based on the language, hierarchical architecture modeling, dynamic behavior modeling as well as hardware platform modeling were conducted in corresponding architecture view, behavior view and system view. Formal performance verification of the CNC system could be realized through the application model simulation in early design stage. Based on this, automatic generation of object-platform-oriented codes was realized by code generation interpreter. By applied in two CNC systems of two axis lathe and three axis milling machine, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.
