基于规划单元的连续微小直线段在线规划算法

Real-time look-ahead feedrate planning algorithm of short line segment based on planning unit

摘要: 为提高数控系统中连续微小直线段的规划效率/解决跨段插补问题,提出规划单元的概念,通过将诸多微小直线段划分为规划单元进行速度规划,根据规划单元内部各控制点的加速度约束、加工误差约束、跨段插补约束和指令速度约束等速度约束条件,计算出规划单元的进给速度和终点速度。为了实现微小直线段加工的连续变速过程,提出线速度前瞻算法,并结合规划单元定义给出前瞻规划单元的最小理论长度,建立前瞻缓存区,通过速度回溯算法实现缓存区内部规划单元速度规划过程。结合口腔修复体数控机床的加工代码轨迹对基于规划单元的连续微小直线段速度规划算法进行验证,结果表明该算法能够满足口腔修复体高速连续加工。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of feedrate planning algorithm and to deal with the cross-segment interpolation problem,the planning unit which contained some short line segments was proposed.According to the velocity constraints of planning unit's each control points such as acceleration constraint,error constraint and cross-segment interpolation constraint,the feedrate and end-position velocity of planning unit were calculated.To realize the continuous machining of short line segments,a real-time look-ahead algorithm was present,and a look-ahead buffer was established to store the pre-reading planning unit.The feedrate backtracking algorithm was utilized to guarantee the continuity of feedrate and to reduce feedrate fluctuation.The real-time look-ahead feedrate planning algorithm of short line segment was applied in CNC milling for tooth restoration,and the result showed that the proposed algorithm could satisfied the manufacturing requirements for high feedrate and accurate tooth restoration.
