摘要: 针对多源数控信息存在语法结构和语义异构特点而难以有效集成的问题,根据数控加工过程中信息组织形式的特点,建立了数控信息资源领域本体,提出了一种基于动态适配模式的数控信息语义集成框架。该框架在建立数控信息知识库的基础上,实现从语法和语义两个层次对多源异构数控信息的集成。描述了动态适配模式下的信息集成过程和语义映射过程,提出了利用基于可扩展标记语言的约束规则的实现方法和语义查询实现模型,并对动态构建相互独立适配通道和动态配置规则约束进行了描述。通过原型实例分析,证明了该框架及其实现方法的可行性。

Abstract: It was difficult to realize effective integration of multi-source Numerical Control(NC)information due to its heterogeneous syntax structure and semantics. To deal with this problem, the Ontology of NC Information Resource(ONTO-NCIR)was established based on the characteristics of information forms in NC processing fields, and the semantic integration of NC information framework based on dynamic adaptation model was presented. Based on the establishment of NC information knowledge base, multi-source heterogeneous NC information was integrated in the syntax adaptation layer and the semantic adaptation layer. The process of NC information integration and the process of semantic mapping under dynamic adaptation mode were described. The implementation method of the eXtensible Markup Language(XML)syntax restriction rules and the semantic query model were proposed. Then, the establishment of independent adaptation channel and dynamic configuration of the restriction rules were described. Finally, the feasibility of the framework and its implementation method were verified by prototype analysis.
