摘要: 针对大规模定制产品主模型中的工艺规程主模板评价问题,提出基于质量功能展开对其质量特性进行研究的思想。分析了工艺规程主模板中的数据内容及其组织形式,定义了工艺过程状态和工艺过程。以此为基础,建立了相应的工艺过程流模型。通过引入质量值的概念,基于质量功能展开原理建立了客户需求、定制产品质量特性和工艺过程之间的关联矩阵,定义了工艺过程的质量特性模型。通过对工艺规程主模板中工艺过程的质量特性进行计算和分析,可以比较不同工艺过程对于定制产品质量的实现及其时间和成本消耗,从而为工艺规程主模板的优化提供实施依据。通过实例验证了上述过程和方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the evaluation issues of master process-planning program in master product model, a thought of studying the quality implementation characteristics of master process-planning program based on quality function deployment(QFD)was presented. The content and its organization of master process-planning program were analyzed. Then the conceptions of process and its status were defined. A process-planning flow model was established based on these. By introducing the conception of process-planning quality value, the incidence matrix describing the relationship among customer's need, quality characteristics of customized product and process-planning was established based on QFD. The quality implementation characteristics model of process-planning was defined as well. By calculating and analyzing the quality implementation characteristics of process-planning in master process-planning program, the quality contribution of each process-planning to the total quality requirement of customized product were compared with the considerations of their time and cost consumption. So it could provide evidence for optimizing master process-planning program. Finally, an example was given to verify the principles and methods mentioned above.
