摘要: 针对绿色设计研究中缺乏提高和改善定制产品的易回收处理性及其环境属性的方法和工具的问题,提出了一种用于分析定制产品方案的环境属性的面向产品回收拆卸处理的拆卸树模型。同时,对其环境影响评价因子及其计算方法进行了说明,并开发了一种基于该模型的针对定制产品的绿色设计支持系统。通过推拉门定制方案的设计实例,验证了该系统的可行性。

Abstract: To deal with recovery and environmental attributes of product in the stage of product design, a disassembly tree model to analyze environmental attributes of the customized product design scheme was proposed. The environmental impact assessment factors and its calculation method were discussed. And a customization product green design support system based on the model was developed. Finally, the feasibility of this system was demonstrated via a case study of push-pull door.
