摘要: 在总结和分析与产品设计规划相关研究成果的基础上,提出了多层次(3L/8D)产品设计规划理论方法,即从设计战略、设计业务、设计质量检验三个层面(3L)对产品设计进行全面规划,具体包括:设计环境、设计思想、设计目标、设计内容、设计方法、设计过程、设计的潜在问题分析和设计质量评价等八个环节(8D),以提高设计效率和设计的成功率。详细论述了产品设计规划各阶段的决策模型及具体的规划方法,并以某压缩机转子振动实验台为对象,进行了实例研究,初步建立了该多层次设计规划的理论框架。

Abstract: On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant studies of product design planning, the theory method of 3L/8D planning was proposed which meant to conduct overall product planning from perspectives such as design strategy, task and quality check, According to this method, in order to ensure design efficiency and success rate, design stratagem layer, design operation layer and design inspection layer (3L) should be considered during the planning, and the three layers were divided into 8 sections, they were design environment, design ideas, design objective, design content, design method, design process, potential design problem analysis and design quality assessment (8D). The decision-making model and specific planning method for each design phase were discussed in particular. At last, the proposed method was applied in the compressor rotor vibration test system, the validity was proved. The elementary theory framework of 3L/8D design planning method was also set up.
