摘要: 在现有过程规划技术的基础上,提出了产品性能与可靠性、维修性、测试性、保障性、安全性(RMTSS)综合设计过程规划与重组的一般方法与流程。分析了RMTSS设计工作对产品设计过程的影响。考虑到综合设计任务间信息交互的特点,给出了一种多指标的信息依赖关系确定方法。针对现有撕裂算法处理RMTSS设计所带来的大规模耦合任务集的排序异常问题,提出了一种基于模糊聚类的耦合集分割算法。通过耦合集分割、撕裂与聚合的综合应用,完成耦合任务的合理排序。最后,结合电子产品板级的性能与可靠性、测试性的综合设计过程进行了分析和验证。

Abstract: Based on traditional process planning technology, the general method and process of Reliability, Maintainability, Testability, Supportability, Safety (RMTSS) synthetical design process planning and reconstruction were put forward. Effect of RMTSS design on product design process was comprehensively analyzed. Considering characteristics of interaction among tasks in synthetical design, an information dependency determining method with multiindex was proposed. In view of the disadvantages of the existing tearing algorithms which resulted in abnormal sorting of coupled tasks,a fuzzy clustering algorithm was developed to divide the couple tasks sets and reorganize coupled tasks together with tearing algorithm and aggregation algorithm. Finally, synthetical design between performance, reliability and testability of printed circuit board was demonstrated.
