摘要: 提出了一种基于粗糙集的质量功能展开中顾客需求的最终重要度确定方法。根据粗糙集中相对正域的方法,构建了顾客需求的基本重要度获取模型。通过引进顾客需求竞争位次的计划改进增量、实际改进增量和可能性因子等概念来表征企业改进产品竞争力的意愿,进而提出了基本重要度的修正因子计算公式。基于顾客需求的基本重要度与其修正因子的合成,确定了顾客需求的最终重要度。最后,通过实例说明了该方法的应用。

Abstract: To obtain the final importance ratings of the customer requirements in Quality Function Deployment (QFD), a method based on rough set theory was proposed. Using the method of relative positive field in rough set, a model to determine the fundamental importance ratings was constructed. The concepts of planned improved increment, actual improved increment and possibility factor of competitive seating arrangement on the customer requirements were introduced as an exact measurement of the enterprise's desire to improve product competitiveness, and then the formulas of calculating the correct factor of the fundamental importance ratings were developed. Based on a combination of the fundamental importance ratings of the customer requirements and their correct factors, the final importance ratings of the customer requirements were determined. Finally, a case study was provided to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
