摘要: 在研究开放式可重构数控的基础上,构建了基于先进精简指令集微处理器和运动控制芯片的数控平台,提高了系统的集成度和稳定性,实现了生产过程的数字化与高速高精。基于现场可编程门阵列器件的硬件可重构设计,避免了资源浪费,实现了柔性制造。为解决因数控系统信息交互密集而产生的实时性、可靠性等差的问题,在对现场总线时间特性分析的基础上,开发了基于现场总线的开放式数控系统。最后,通过在机床数控系统中的应用,验证了方案的可行性和高效性。

Abstract: Based on the study of open and reconfigurable Computerized Numerical Control (CNC), the CNC platform based on ARM and motion control chips was constructed, which improved the system integrity and stability, and realized the digitization with high speed and high precision in the production process. The CNC design based on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) avoided resources waste so as to realize flexible manufacturing. After the analysis of the time performance of fieldbus, the fieldbus-based open CNC system was developed to solve the problem caused by the dense information interaction of CNC system in real-time and low reliable environment. Finally, the feasibility and the high efficiency of the method were verified through the applications in the machine tool CNC systems.
