摘要: 为提高汽轮机叶片的设计质量和设计效率, 以Access数据库为核心,利用VC++语言开发了一套基于UG平台的汽轮机叶片参数化设计软件。 研究了叶片3维造型及2维工程图绘制的关键技术,给出了叶身造型的关键步骤。为了生成参数化的叶片2维工程图,给出了工程图布局的算法,提出了用优化与样条插值相结合求相贯线的方法和工程图尺寸函数开发的旋转法。应用该项技术开发的叶片设计系统已在某汽轮机厂的叶片设计中得到应用。

Abstract: To improve design efficiency and quality of a steam-turbine-blade, an Access database-centered parametric design software was developed by using VC++ language, which was based on UG platform. Key technologies of three-dimension modeling and two-dimension drawing were studied and key steps of blade-body modeling were given. In order to generate parametric blade's drawing, drawing layout algorithm was provided and a method to solve a phase inertial line was put forward, which combined optimization with B-spline interpolation method. To satisfy the parametric dimension requirements, a rotation method to develop dimension function was presented. The developed software has been applied to the blade design in a steam turbine corporation.
