摘要: 为快速建立集成化虚拟样机模型,提出了一种组件化协同装配方法。在该方法中,采用基于端口的建模方法,建立虚拟样机单元的组件化表达。在此基础上,构建组件化协同装配体系框架,将协同装配分解为连接元抓取拖动、装配预处理、组件装配3个基本过程,简化了装配过程,提高了组件装配建模速度。最后对组件协同装配解空间进行了分析。

Abstract: To set up integrated virtual prototype model more rapidly, a component-based collaborative assembly method was presented. In this method a component-based representation of virtual prototype was established using the port-based modelling method. Based on the representation, a component-based collaborative assembly architecture was constructed. In this architecture the assembly process was divided into three basic steps: grasp and drag of connection element, pre-processing of assembly and component assembly. This method has simplified assembly process and improved the efficiency of assembly modelling. Finally the solution space of collaborative assembly was analyzed.
