旋转多段舱组件布局优化方法

摘要: 针对多舱段(或支承面)卫星舱组件布局未考虑动态组件分配将限制其进一步优化问题,提出一种动态组件分配与组件布局集成优化方法。采用禁忌搜索算法实现可变组件分配,即在优化迭代过程中不断重新分配组件至各舱段 (或支承板面),采用改进粒子群算法实现该组件分配方案下的组件布局优化。以简化的卫星返回舱为背景的旋转多舱组件布局优化案例验证表明,该方法显著提高了其布局设计指标的质量。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the improvement of satellite reentry capsule component layout design with multi-segment or bearing plate surface was limited due to ignoring dynamic component layout assignment,a dynamic components assignment and components layout integration optimization method was proposed,which connected Tabu Search algorithm (TS) with Active target Particle Swarm Optimization (APSO).The improved TS algorithm was used to achieve dynamic components assignment by means of re-assigning or scheduling components to each bearing plate surface in the iterative process.The APSO was used to achieve components layout optimization under a given component assignment scheme.The proposed algorithm was implied to a simplified satellite reentry capsule case,and the results showed that it could improve the level of layout design significantly.
