基于镜像样机的交互式实车装配平台实现

摘要: 针对传统装甲车辆研发过程中样车研制周期长、问题追溯困难等不足,在虚拟样机的基础上提出镜像样机的定义,将样车总装过程纳入镜像样机框架,开发了实物在回路的交互式实车装配平台,缩短了装甲车辆总装研发周期,提高了总装质量,实现了总装相关问题的快速追溯。在虚拟样机定义的基础上,给出了镜像样机的定义;在虚拟样机体系框架的基础上,搭建了镜像样机的体系框架;基于镜像样机的体系框架,提出交互式实车装配平台的框架结构,给出了交互式实车装配平台的功能架构和运行机制;按照平台的理论模型,基于Microsoft C#.Net开发环境给出了平台原型实现,达到了预期效果。

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of overlong R&D cycle and tough retrospect of problems in traditional armored vehicle R&D process,the definition of mirroring prototype was put forward based on virtual prototype.The process of vehicle prototype assembly was taken into the frame of mirroring prototype and the interactive real vehicle assembly platform with hardware in the loop was developed,which shorten the R&D cycle of final assembly for armored vehicle,improved the quality of final assembly and realized the quick retrospect to the related problems of final assembly.Based on the definition and systematic framework of virtual prototype,the definition and systematic framework of mirroring prototype was given.Based on the framework of mirroring prototype,the systematic structure of interactive real vehicle assembly platform was given.The function framework and operating mechanism of the interactive real vehicle assembly platform were also proposed.The prototype of platform was developed based on Microsoft C#.Net development environment,and the desired goal was achieved.
