Abstract: Jointly development is an important technology path for the manufacturing industry to realize collaborative communication and high-quality development.The transaction structure design is the basis of jointly development contract and the guarantee of efficiency.To guide the rational establishment and smooth implementation of jointly development projects,the interaction between jointly development and transaction structure design was studied.Based on the expansion of Wei Zhu's business model theory,the positioning connotation,model characteristics and key element system of its transaction structure design were proposed.The transaction structure system construction model of four-modes fast,six-phases full life cycle,and seventy-element full elements for jointly development projects were proposed,and the basic plan for the transaction structure design of jointly development project was formed.The “six degrees and three transformations” proposal was put forward after empirical verification of complex product projects.
