摘要: 为了避免具有突破性潜力的创新设想在企业常规评价环节被扼杀,提高突破性创新产生的可能性,提出一种在概念设计阶段进行突破性设想识别的定量评价方法。综合文献分析,根据产品自身变化程度构建面向概念设计阶段的突破性创新潜在特征因素集;通过创新产品案例与主流产品的差异性比较,进行潜在特征因素二元量化表征,并基于量化结果进行相关性分析确定有效特征因素及权重;最后,基于创新设想与突破性创新案例数据的相似度匹配,构建突破性设想识别模型,并开发了相应计算机辅助识别系统。通过系列案例验证了识别方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To avoid the innovative ideas with radical potential being killed in the conventional evaluation process of enterprises and to improve the possibility of the generation of radical innovation,a quantitative evaluation method for the identification of radical innovation ideas in the conceptual design stage was proposed.Based on literature analysis,a set of potential characteristic factors for radical innovation in conceptual design stage was constructed according to the change degree of product itself.By comparing the differences between innovative product cases and mainstream products,the binary quantitative characterization of potential characteristic factors was carried out,and the effective characteristic factors and weights were determined based on the correlation analysis of quantitative results.A radical innovation idea identification model was built based on the similarity matching between innovative ideas and radical innovation case data,and a corresponding computer-aided identification system was developed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the identification method were verified by a series of cases.
