摘要: 为了更好地实现云制造平台中的服务匹配,提出云制造系统中针对服务提供商的选择准则,建立了一般评价指标体系和可扩展的量化模型。提出项目协同的方法以校正指标数值,根据项目协同的三角模糊数算法计算提供商服务和需求者期望的相似度,取得服务质量综合性能排序。结合算例,对该指标体系、数据获取方法和模型进行了验证,结果表明所提出评价指标、属性值计算方法和评价模型具有实际可操作性,能够帮助平台准确地选择最佳服务。

Abstract: To realize the service matching in cloud manufacturing platform,the selection criteria of cloud manufacturing service provider in cloud manufacturing system was proposed,and the general evaluation index system with the scalable quantification model were established.The project collaboration method was proposed to correct the index value.The service quality comprehensive performance ranking was obtained based on similarity between service providers and demand expectation calculated by triangular fuzzy number algorithm according to project collaboration.Combined with an example,the index system,data acquisition methods and models were verified.The results showed that the proposed evaluation index,attribute value calculation method and evaluation model were practical and could help the platform to accurately choose the best service.
