分散式立体仓库堆垛机调度模型

摘要: 针对多出/入库台布局模式下的立体化仓库堆垛机调度问题,分析了不同任务下堆垛机的作业模式,并以堆垛机执行任务所需总时间为评价标准,建立了一种基于混合命令序列的堆垛机调度模型。在此基础上,运用遗传算法对堆垛机调度路径进行优化研究,并通过实例仿真对多出/入库台堆垛机调度模型进行分析。结果表明,所建堆垛机调度模型及优化方法可以提升多出/入库台立体仓库的仓储效率。

Abstract: Aiming at the crane scheduling problem of automated warehouse in multi-I/O station,the required operating time was taken as the evaluation criteria to present a new scheduling model based on mixed command sequence by analyzing operating modes of crane in different tasks.On this basis,genetic algorithm was used to optimize the scheduling path of crane,and crane scheduling model of multi-I/O station was analyzed with simulation cases.The result showed that the proposed crane scheduling model and optimization method could improve the storage efficiency in multi-I/O station automated warehouse.
