Abstract: To solve the problem that power structure how to affect supply chain with random yield,the power structure model was built based on game theory,and the influence of power structure and random yield on decision-making of supply chain member was discussed.The research showed that whether a member benefited from its power depended on the random yield risk,and the impact of power structure on supply chain efficiency depended on the model of random yield.The supply chain performance was highest only with a power retailer.In the model of manufacturer Stackelberg and Nash Stackelberg,the supplier and retailer always benefited from a reduction in random yield,and the supplier's decision-making depended was affected by its marginal profit,not the retailer.However,both the decisions of supplier and retailer depended on the retailer's marginal profit in the model of retailer Stackelberg.
