运营商主导的手机供应链创新转型条件研究

摘要: 针对供应链上的企业自发实现创新转型的条件目前还不够明确的问题,基于手机供应链的实际情况,将创新细分为过程创新和产品创新两类。针对营销活动、过程创新和产品创新三种活动,分别建立了电信运营商主导的Stackelberg博弈模型,得出了三种情形下的均衡解。通过比较三种情形下供应链上主导企业的利润,给出了供应链实现创新转型的解析性条件并进行了比较。研究发现:当市场对营销的敏感度高于某阈值时,两种创新转型的占优区域都被营销活动侵蚀,即营销活动此时占绝对优势地位,创新转型不可能实现。当市场对营销的敏感度低于此阈值时,两种创新的占优区域会变得较大,两种创新之间的取舍取决于其创新成本分担比例和市场对新产品的追捧程度等的关系。该研究为供应链企业和政策制定者提供了一些重要的管理启示。

Abstract: Aiming at the indeterminate conditions of innovation-oriented changes in supply chains,based on observations from cell phone supply chains,the innovations were modeled in two modes: process innovations for lowing unit production costs and product innovations for developing new products.Supply chains under traditional marketing setting,process innovation and product innovation settings were modeled by Stackelberg games with dominating distributers and equilibrium solutions were solved analytically.By comparing the profits of three settings,the conditions for succeeding in changing into sustainable developments based on innovations were put forward.Results showed that when the market was enough sensitive to marketing,Pareto areas of both innovation modes were cut down sharply and even eliminated.When the market was not sensitive to marketing,Pareto areas of innovations could become quite large.The selection between process and product innovations depended on their cost sharing rates for developing innovations and market sensitivity to new products etc.The management insights were presented for entrepreneurs and policy makers with researches.
