摘要: 针对目前选矿设备的监控缺乏异常工况诊断、缺乏对运行数据的分析处理等情况,提出了基于物联网和工业云的选矿设备状态监控系统。该系统通过采用物联网技术实现了选矿设备运行实时数据的感知和检测;将设备监控系统与工业云相结合,采用微服务体系架构,实现了选矿设备状态监控系统功能的服务化,从而可以为不同选矿厂提供定制化的设备监控云服务;利用多传感器融合技术实现了视频数据与设备过程参数融合监控;利用故障诊断、移动互联等关键技术为选矿设备的智能监控提供了新思路。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the monitoring of mineral processing equipment was lack of diagnosis on abnormal working condition and analysis on operational data at present,a monitoring system for mineral processing equipment based on Internet of things (IoT) and industrial cloud computing was proposed.IoT technology was exploited to sense and monitor real-time data of mineral processing equipment.By combining the equipment monitoring system with the industrial cloud computing,the function as services of mineral processing equipment monitoring system was realized with micro service system architecture,which could provide customized equipment monitoring cloud services for different mineral processing plants.The multi-sensor fusion technology was used to provide fusion monitoring of video data and equipment process parameter.The key technologies such as fault diagnosis and mobile Internet achieved the purpose of intelligent monitoring.
