面向三维机加工艺设计的倾斜平面映射去除体的方法研究

摘要: 为了满足三维机加工艺设计系统能够处理倾斜平面的要求,提出倾斜平面映射相应去除体的算法流程。对倾斜平面的几何特性进行了分析总结,依据倾斜平面所关联相邻面的特性,将其分为开放相邻面组和封闭相邻面组两种类型,并提出判断倾斜平面类型的算法;基于几何推理方法,提出识别倾斜平面相邻面组的算法流程;通过延展相邻面或者创建虚拟平面的方法获取倾斜平面对应的加工去除体。基于所提出的算法流程,开发了功能模块,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To meet the requirement of dealing with the slanting faces in computer aided process planning system,a method of mapping slanting face to its removal volume was developed.The characteristics of slanting faces were analyzed.According to its neighboring faces,the slanting face was divided into two types: the open neighboring faces and the closed neighboring faces.The algorithm for recognizing the slanting face and its neighboring faces was proposed based on geometric reasoning method,and then the type of slanting face was judged.The removal volume of slanting face was obtained by extending the neighboring faces or creating the virtual plane.Based on the developed functional modules,the proposed method was verified by application of complicated machined part.
