摘要: 针对传统模糊关联规则挖掘方法在原始决策表和挖掘算法方面的不足,提出基于双重模糊模拟的直觉模糊向量关联规则挖掘方法。原始决策表方面,传统模糊关联规则挖掘在表达决策者犹豫程度及自然语言多维度属性方面存在不足,故采用直觉模糊集组成的直觉模糊向量作为基本元素构建原始决策表。考虑决策者惯用自然语言的特点,引入双重模糊思想对传统直觉模糊集进行改进,并采用模糊集表达犹豫度。挖掘算法方面,直觉模糊向量关联规则挖掘存在两个难点,一是由于原始决策表的基本元素为向量,维度较大,导致挖掘效率低;二是现有挖掘算法中使用规则支持度和置信度,无法集成直觉模糊集中决策者的犹豫度。由此,提出了双层关联规则挖掘方法框架。底层关联规则挖掘方法为顶层关联规则挖掘提供内部关联规则,通过两次关联规则挖掘降低原始决策表的维度。引入双重模糊向量表达直觉模糊集的犹豫度,以双重模糊变量的期望值估算关联规则的支持度,在关联规则挖掘过程集成了犹豫度。以裸眼3D片源设计与制作中画面布局的决策过程为例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: For the inadequacies of traditional fuzzy association rules mining in primary decision tables and mining algorithm,a new method of intuitionistic fuzzy vector association rules mining based on dual fuzzy simulation was proposed.Aiming at the deficiency of traditional fuzzy association rules mining to express the hesitation of decision makers and the multiple dimensions of natural language in primary decision aspect,the intuitionistic fuzzy vectors composed by intuitionistic fuzzy sets were adopted to construct the primary decision table.Considering expression habits of decision makers,dual fuzzy variable were adapted to model intuitionistic fuzzy set,in which the hesitation had been modeled as fuzzy sets.From the aspect of mining algorithm,the following two problems should be solved during intuitionistic fuzzy vector association rules mining: the low efficiency of the algorithm caused by huge dimension of primary decision table;the hesitation degree of intuitionistic fuzzy set could not be computed by exist algorithm.Hierarchical frame was constructed to solve sparseness of decision matrix,in which antecedent's dimensionality was reduced by the bottom level association rules mining method,so as to increase the digging efficiency.Dual fuzzy simulation was introduced to integrate hesitancy degree of intuitionistic fuzzy sets when in the support degree.A case of naked eye 3D movies making process was highlighted to show the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed method.
