整体叶盘磨抛加工碰撞检测方法

摘要: 为有效解决整体叶盘磨抛加工过程中的磨具干涉难题,提出一种兼顾精度及效率的碰撞检测算法和对应不同碰撞方式的磨具避涉策略。首先采用分层有向包围盒(OBB)对磨具进行建模,并用八叉树分割法对叶盘磨抛加工空间进行划分,在分层有向包围盒中分层粗检加工空间判断磨具是否存在干涉,通过分离轴理论对检测到碰撞的树叶节点进行准确识别;然后对应不同碰撞方式自适应调整磨具及其包围盒的相关位姿参数进行避涉处理。最终根据提出的碰撞检测和避涉算法开发了一款可视化软件有效地实现了对叶盘类复杂零件磨抛加工的碰撞检测及避涉处理,并对某航空发动机企业的整体叶盘产品进行了磨抛加工实验,结果表明该算法及软件较好地满足了航发整体叶盘表面的磨抛加工避涉和加工质量要求。

Abstract: To effectively solve the problem of grinding tool collision in the blisk grinding and polishing process,a collision detection algorithm combining accuracy and efficiency and an avoidance strategy for different collision modes were proposed.The grinding tool was modeled by hierarchical Oriented Bounding Box (OBB) and the machining space was divided by octree method.The stratified rough check was applied to judge whether or not the collision between the processing space and the grinding tool was existed in OBB.The leaf nodes that detected the collision were accurately identified by separation axis theory.Further,the relevant pose parameters of the grinding tool and the bounding box were adaptively adjusted to avoid interference according to different collision modes.According to the proposed collision detection algorithm and avoidance strategy,a visualization software was developed to effectively realize the collision detection and avoidance during the blisk grinding and polishing processing.At the same time,an experiment of blisk grinding and polishing was also conducted out in a large aero-engine enterprise and the results showed that the proposed algorithm and software could better meet the requirements of collision avoidance and processing quality of the blisk surface.
