基于公理设计的专利规避创新知识挖掘

Innovation knowledge mining of patent around based on axiomatic design

摘要: 为了挖掘深层专利知识,对专利文献权利要求书中的技术特征进行分析,以明确专利产品技术系统的各个元件;分析说明书的技术内容和实施方案,确定技术元件之间的相互作用关系,建立专利技术方案的功能模型,在功能模型的基础上构建专利产品的技术(结构)等级树,并根据公理设计“之字形”映射变换映射出专利产品的功能等级树,结合客户需求验证变换过程的准确性。用功能模型指导构建设计矩阵,以保证映射过程的合理性。通过需求域、功能域、结构域间的映射过程还原发明人的技术创新过程,挖掘专利的深层知识,为消化吸收该技术方案并在该方案技术的基础上进行规避设计提供了技术支持。以牛粪烘干机的相关专利分析为例进行专利概念设计知识的挖掘,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To mining deep patent knowledge,by analyzing the technical characteristics of claim against in patent document,the each element of patented product technology system was confirmed.According to the directions of technology content and implementation plan,the interaction relationship between the technology elements was determined,and the function model of patent technology scheme was established.The general function model of patented product was refined based on function model.According the connection relationship of function model,the technical (structure) hierarchy tree of patent products was built,and the function hierarchy tree of patent product was mapped based on theory of axiomatic design which could verify the accuracy of transformation process with customer requirements.At the same time,the function model could guide the construction of design matrix,which ensured the rationality of mapping process.The inventor's technological innovation process was restored by mapping process of customer domain,functional domain and physical domain,and the deep knowledge of patent was dug,which could fully understand the technical scheme and provide technical support for patent around design.The cow dung dryer design was taken as an example to dig the patent knowledge mining of conceptual design,and the effectiveness of proposed method was verified.
