基于公理设计和多色集合的拆卸设备方案设计

摘要: 针对拆卸对象信息和质量状态对拆卸设备设计的特殊约束和设计要求,提出基于公理设计和多色集合的拆卸设备方案配置设计方法,构建了用户需求矩阵和功能要求矩阵以及功能分解过程,并通过模糊函数确定了拆卸对象质量状态对拆卸设备公理设计过程的模糊影响度矩阵,建立了拆卸设备的拓展公理设计过程。为实现拆卸设备结构的计算机辅助快速设计,基于拆卸工具结构库构建了拆卸设备拓展公理设计的多色集合模型和二阶推理矩阵,以完成拆卸设备功能-结构的快速映射和拆卸设备方案元素的配置;面向用户期望需求建立了拆卸设备方案评价函数,以选择最优的拆卸设备方案。最后,以某滚轮的拆卸设备设计为例,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Focusing on the special design requirements and constraints from the information and quality status of dismantling object,the method of dismantling equipment configuration based on axiomatic design and polychromatic sets was proposed.The matrices of customers' demand and functional requirements as well as the process of functional decomposition were constructed.The fuzzy influencing matrix of the dismantling object's quality was determined in axiomatic design process of dismantling equipment by fuzzy function.The expanded axiomatic design process of dismantling equipment was established.To achieve the rapid computer-aided design of dismantling equipment,the polychromatic sets model and second-order inference matrix were constructed based on dismantling tool library to achieve the rapid function-form mapping and configuration of dismantling equipment scheme's elements.The evaluation function of dismantling equipment schemes was established to select the optimal dismantling equipment scheme based on the expected demand of customer.A case study of dismantling equipment design for roller was presented to testify the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
