离散型制造物联过程数据主动感知及管理模型

摘要: 针对制造物联数据感知与管理方面的生产过程关键监控事件感知和分析处理问题,通过分析制造数据的产生,进行了制造大数据的定义及数据特性的描述,建立了基于制造物联的离散车间数据管理体系;根据基于数据驱动的制造过程事件感知模型建立,提出了基于制造物联的生产过程关键事件主动感知技术架构;为实现制造数据的结构化统一表达,基于EXPRESS语言进行制造物联车间数据管理建模,制定了EXPRESS与可扩展标记语言模式制造数据的映射转换规则。基于智能制造模式构建了制造大数据的应用规划,并结合油制辣椒生产中制造数据感知处理及应用结果,说明了所提理论框架的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: In view of the manufacturing data perception and management of Internet of Manufacturing Things (IoMT),the big data of manufacturing was defined and the descriptions of manufacturing data were made by analyzing the source of data,and a management system of manufacturing data for IoMT-based discrete plant was established.In addition,an active perception technical framework of manufacturing data was proposed according to the establishment of event perceiving model.Thereafter,a management model of manufacturing data based on EXPRESS language was built.The rules of data mapping and transformation between EXPRESS and eXtended Markup Language (XML) were formulated to facilitate the unified expression of manufacturing data.An application plan of manufacturing data was designed concerning to intelligent manufacturing model.The results of the application and perceptual processing of manufacturing data in chili oil production were presented to illustrate the capability and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical frameworks.
