摘要: 为支撑云制造服务模式在制造行业的推广应用,以及企业从传统生产型制造向服务型制造转型,在分析当前广大企业面向服务的生产制造过程管理需求的基础上,提出了下一代制造执行系统的发展方向——面向生产过程云服务的制造执行系统(CloudMES)。分析了CloudMES的总体实现思路,构建了一种CloudMES的体系架构和运行模式,并对CloudMES系统涉及的车间机床装备资源的智能感知与网络优化配置、基于移动智能体的机床装备资源服务化封装等关键技术进行了研究。通过初步试验验证了所提系统的有效性。

Abstract: To support popularization and application of cloud manufacturing service mode in manufacturing industry and to promote the transformation of enterprises from traditional production intensive manufacturing to service-oriented intelligent manufacturing,a Cloud services oriented Manufacturing Execution System (CloudMES) for production process was proposed based on analyzing the current service oriented management requirements of manufacturing process for current enterprises,which was a development direction for the next generation of manufacturing execution system.The general idea of CloudMES was introduced,and a kind of architecture as well as a running mode of CloudMES was constructed.The key technologies such as intelligent perceiving and optimization configuration for workshop heterogeneous information and mobile Agent based manufacturing resource encapsulating were researched systematically.Based on previous research results,an experimental verification of CloudMES was introduced and good application effect was achieved.
