几种新兴智能制造模式研究评述

摘要: 信息技术已对制造业产生深刻而长远的影响,以感知、互联、智能化为特点的新一代信息技术(如云计算、物联网、信息物理系统、大数据等)将为制造业的升级提供突破性技术手段。为更全面地理解制造物联、信息物理融合生产系统、泛在制造、云制造、社会化企业、主动制造和智慧制造等几种典型新兴智能制造模式,从产生背景、基本概念和支撑技术等角度进行了系统阐述。在此基础上对这些模式的联系和区别进行了归纳与总结,然后介绍了其初步应用,最后对新一代智能制造模式的未来研究进行了展望。

Abstract: Information technology has long-term effects on manufacturing,and the next generation information technologies which characterized by perception,interconnection and intelligence (such as cloud computing,Internet of things,cyber physical systems and big data) will provide a breakthrough to the upgrading of manufacturing industry.The emerging intelligent manufacturing paradigms such as Internet of manufacturing things,ubiquitous manufacturing,cloud manufacturing,social enterprise,proactive manufacturing and wisdom manufacturing were systematically addressed for being understood comprehensively from backgrounds,concepts and key technologies.On this basis,relations and differences between these paradigms were discussed and summarized,and then the preliminary application prospects of those emerging paradigms were discussed.Potential development trends were final given.
