基于粗糙理想解法的工业产品服务配置方案决策方法

摘要: 为降低工业产品服务配置方案决策过程中主观性和模糊性的影响,提出一个集成粗糙集理论的理想解法的配置方案决策方法。所提的工业产品服务配置方案评选方法主要包括四个阶段:首先是建立确定值形式的初始评级矩阵,在此基础上,将其转换为粗糙区间数形式的决策矩阵,以便充分考虑决策者在判断时的主观性和模糊性。为了将不同评价判断值纳入一个可比的范围,对粗糙决策矩阵进行加权归一化处理。计算各个工业产品服务配置方案所对应的贴近度系数,根据贴近度系数排序得到最合乎客户要求的方案。通过空压机服务配置方案决策的案例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To reduce the impact of subjectivity and vagueness on decision-making for configuration alternative of industrial product-service,a decision-making method based on integration of rough set theory and TOPSIS was proposed.In this method,an initial rating matrix with crisp value was determined,and it was converted into a decision matrix of rough interval form to fully consider the subjectivity and ambiguity.To make different evaluation value to be comparable,the rough decision matrix was weighted normalized.Closeness coefficient of each configuration alternative of IPS was calculated,and the most desirable alternative was selected according to size of closeness coefficient.A case study of air compressor service configuration was used to validate the proposed method.
