摘要: 为了在概念设计阶段有效组织并利用设计知识驱动产品创新设计过程,提高设计者产生创新方案的效率,提出一种基于复杂网络的设计知识网络构建及分析方法。根据设计知识在创新求解过程中的应用特点以及功能、行为、结构三层知识的多对多映射关系,建立了设计知识复杂网络模型,在此基础上计算和分析网络关键特征参数、挖掘网络拓扑结构特点、评价知识节点的重要度,最后根据知识间的关联关系划分知识组元,为设计者提供一个扩大且有序的方案论域范围,由此驱动对产品方案空间的多样性、适应性、原创性设计操作,以实现对产品概念设计过程的激励。以发动机的改进设计为例,阐述了发动机设计知识复杂网络对概念设计的驱动过程,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To effectively organize and utilize design knowledge to drive product innovative design process,and to improve the generating rate of designers'innovative solutions in the stage of conceptual design,a method of design knowledge network construction and analysis based on complex network was proposed.A complex network model of design knowledge was built according to the application features of design knowledge in innovative solution-seeking process and the many-to-many mapping relationships among three knowledge levels of function,behavior and structure.On this basis,network key characteristic parameters were calculated and analyzed,network topology features were excavated and the importance of knowledge nodes was evaluated.In addition,knowledge components were divided based on relationships among knowledge,an expanded and ordered scheme universe for designers were provided.To achieve the incentives for product conceptual design,the design operation of variety,adaptation and originality for product scheme space was drove.An improved design of engine was taken as an example to demonstrate the engine design knowledge driving process with complex network in the conceptual design,and the effectiveness was verified.
