Decomposition model in product customization collaborative development task

摘要: 针对目前产品定制协同开发任务分解缺乏综合定量分析的问题,提出一种综合考虑任务粒度、任务耦合度、任务均衡度的任务分解系统模型。对产品定制协同开发过程进行分析,给出了任务粒度、任务耦合度、任务均衡度的定义及其计算公式,提出了基于综合定量分析的产品定制任务分解系统模型。以某风机产品研发项目为例,验证了任务分解模型的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: According to the problem that the comprehensive quantitative analysis is lacked for task decomposition of product customization collaborative development at present,a task decomposition system model based on comprehensive consideration of task granularity,task coupling degree and task equilibrium degree was presented.The product customization collaborative development process was analyzed.The definition and calculation formula of task granularity,task coupling degree and task equilibrium degree were given.The system model of product customization task decomposition based on comprehensive quantitative analysis was put forward.The feasibility and the effectiveness of task decomposition model were tested and verified by the example of a fan product development project.
