产品低碳设计方法研究进展

摘要: 为了在产品设计中考虑低碳性以减缓与控制碳排放,推动生态工业可持续发展,针对近年来国内外发表的研究成果,以碳排放减量化为设计目标,从产品概念设计阶段低碳设计方法、结构设计阶段适用的低碳设计方法、低碳优化设计方法、低碳设计知识库及工具研究4方面对当前热点问题进行了综述。在对产品低碳设计方法研究的基础上,从复杂产品低碳设计建模、生命周期场景下的设计优化、数据与知识驱动下的低碳设计平台开发等角度,总结提出三大研究难点与关注方向。

Abstract: As an important procedure of product development,product design that considers low-carbon could realize reduction and control of carbon emissions,imminently promoting the industry of ecological sustainability and low-carbon ecology.Aiming at the research results published at domestic and international in recent years,by taking the carbon emission reduction in design process as the object,the current hot issues were summarized from four aspects including low-carbon design methods applicable to conceptual design,low-carbon design methods applicable to embodiment design phase,low-carbon optimization methods,and low-carbon design knowledge base and software.Based on the research of low-carbon design method of products,three major difficulties were put forward from the perspective of complex product low-carbon design modeling,life-cycle scenario design optimization,data and knowledge-driven design platform development to support the future work.
