摘要: 针对单元制造系统传统分步式布局方法解空间的缺失问题以及由需求变化带来的布局方法不符合实际生产的问题,综合考虑产品需求的不确定性、布局平面的不规则性、单元和机器的占地面积、机器的排列形式、单元间通道等因素,以最小化物料搬运成本为目标,建立了基于产品随机需求的单元制造系统布局模型,对单元间和单元内进行同步布局,构建了基于结构化编码的同步优化分散搜索算法进行求解。在算法中设计了新的编码方法,来避免算法的修复过程,引入局部寻优过程提高搜索全局最优解的效率,利用矩形包络区限制生成单元较分散的布局方案。通过算例阐明了模型的正确性和算法的可行性。

Abstract: To solve the solution space missing problem caused by traditional step by step layout method in Cell Manufacturing System (CMS) and impractical solution problem induced by variable demand,by taking demand uncertainty,workshop irregularity,floor space of cells and machines,machine layout and the passages between cells into consideration,a layout model of CMS which synchronized the layout between cells and in cells was proposed with the objective of minimizing the material handling cost.The concurrent optimization scatter search algorithm based on structure encoding was also constructed to solve this model.A new coding method was designed to avoid the repair process,and a local optimization process was developed to improve the searching efficiency of global optimal solution.The rectangular enclosure was used to restrict the generation of layout with decentralized cells.The validity of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm were explained by examples.
