基于工序碳源的砂型铸造过程碳排放建模方法

摘要: 为了获得砂型铸造工艺过程各个工序的碳排放情况,有针对性地开展节能减排措施,分析了砂型铸造生产过程的特点,提出了基于工序碳源的铸造工艺过程碳排放建模方法。通过分析铸造生产中的各个环节,用工序特征要素描述砂型铸造工序基本状态。建立了五类基础工序碳源,利用基础工序碳源表示并计算各个工序的碳排放量。结合某农用车箱体铸件生产过程进行验证,估算了该铸件的工序碳排放量。

Abstract: To calculate the carbon emission of sand casting processes and to realize the targeted energy-saving and emission-reduction,a modeling method for carbon emission of sand casting based on process carbon sources was proposed.With analyzing the feature of sand casting production processes,the process feature elements were built to describe the basic state of processing procedure.Five basic process carbon sources were constructed to compute the process carbon emission.The feasibility of proposed method was verified through the casting production process of large box and the process carbon emission was calculated.
