基于自身优势度的砂型铸造碳效率有效性模型构建方法

摘要: 为了更加科学合理地评价砂型铸造技术改造方案的有效性,提高砂型铸造节能减排措施效果,提出一种基于自身优势度的砂型铸造碳效率有效性评价模型构建方法。通过分析砂型铸造过程的特点,建立砂型铸造过程工序碳源和碳效率模型,构建了五类基础工序碳源和四个层次的砂型铸造过程碳效率,在此基础上建立基于优势度的碳效率有效性权重量化方法,实现了对技术改造方案有效性的评价。以某砂型铸造企业造型线技术改造为实例,验证了所提方法模型的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: To evaluate validity of the carbon efficiency scientifically,carbon efficiency validity model based on self-advantage for sand casting was established.Through summary the feature of sand casting,process carbon sources and carbon efficiency of sand casting were built.With analyzing process of sand casting,five process carbon sources and four-dimensional carbon efficiency were proposed.The validity level quantification method of carbon efficiency based on self-advantage was introduced by analyzing process carbon sources.Thus the validity evaluation of sand casting technical improvement was implemented.The validity as well as the practicality of the proposed methodology was demonstrated with the technical remolding solution of sand casting.
