复杂网络视角下高端装备制造业共性技术扩散仿真分析

Abstract: Generic technologies have emerged as pivotal supporting factors and strategic pathways for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,as well as driving a new round of economic growth.To address the challenge of diffusion failure in generic technologies within this industry,a complex network evolutionary game model was constructed based on generic technology and industrial characteristics.Through numerical simulation,the dynamic process of generic technology diffusion within the industry was recreated,and the effects of various influencing factors were analyzed.The findings revealed that an expanded and steadily growing initial profit margin in emerging markets accelerated the diffusion of generic technologies;an appropriate initial supply ratio of generic technologies stabilized diffusion in the early stages;enhancing the erosion capacity of generic technology innovations,improving the conversion efficiency of enterprise R&D outcomes and reducing secondary R&D innovation costs lowered the threshold for enterprises to adopt generic technology strategies;government subsidies and intellectual property protection positively influence the adoption of generic technology strategies by high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.

摘要: 共性技术已成推动高端装备制造业转型升级、拉动新一轮经济增长的核心支撑要素与关键战略路径。为摆脱高端装备制造业共性技术扩散失灵的困境,基于共性技术及产业特性构建复杂网络演化博弈模型,在此基础上通过数值仿真方法复现产业内共性技术扩散动态过程,并分析不同影响因素的作用效果。研究发现:新兴市场初始获利空间的扩大以及获利空间的稳定增长可以加快共性技术的扩散速度;适宜的共性技术初始供给比例在扩散初期有维持共性技术扩散稳定性的作用;提升共性技术创新成果的侵蚀能力以及企业研发成果转化效率、降低企业二次研发创新成本可以降低企业选择共性技术策略的阈值;政府补贴和知识产权保护对高端装备制造企业采纳共性技术策略具有正向影响。
