先进制造企业协同创新网络知识共享的演化博弈

Abstract: To give advice for different types of enterprises that in advanced manufacturing enterprises collaborative innovation network and enhance stable system development,the knowledge sharing behavior and influence factors of distinct subjects in the collaborative innovation network was discussed.Based on the knowledge characteristics of different types enterprises in advanced manufacturing enterprises collaborative innovation network,an evolutionary game model about knowledge sharing among advanced manufacturing enterprises,productive service organizations and users was devised,the requirement of achieving balanced strategies were studied,and the key elements which affect balanced strategies through simulation analysis were researched.The results showed that the improvement of initial situation,the degree of sharing,knowledge stock and cooperative effect of different main body during knowledge sharing had a vital catalytic role in promoting knowledge sharing.At the same time,improve the knowledge to steal reputation punishment cost and reasonable set of future income distribution could form effective constraint and positive incentives.

摘要: 探究先进制造企业协同创新网络中的知识共享行为及其影响因素,为不同主体开展知识共享决策提供借鉴,提高协同创新系统稳定性。基于先进制造企业协同创新网络知识特征及其对知识共享行为的影响,构建了先进制造企业、生产性服务组织与用户三方的知识共享演化博弈模型,分析均衡策略的实现条件,对关键影响因素进行仿真分析。研究表明,在知识共享过程中,各主体初始比例、知识共享水平、知识存量以及协同效应的提高对促进知识共享具有重要作用,同时,提高知识窃取声誉惩罚成本以及合理设置未来收益分配能够形成有效约束和正向激励。
