Abstract: The equipment manufacturing industry is an important cornerstone of the manufacturing system,its operation needs to coordinate consistency of the organizational behavior of service support.To explore the influence of organization behavior factors such as organization design,organization management and organizational learning on the stable operation of the equipment manufacturing industry service,the tripartite evolutionary game model of equipment manufacturing enterprises,productive service enterprise and customer was built,and MATLAB was used to make numerical simulation.The results showed that the servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises,the participation of productive service enterprises and the participation of customers were the strategies for the stable operation of the servitization of the equipment manufacturing industry.Organizational design,organizational governance and inter-organizational learning had significant effects on the stable operation of the equipment manufacturing industry.Finally,the policy suggestions from three aspects:designing an organizational information service platform,strengthening organizational governance and inter-organizational learning were put forward.
