“高档数控机床的高端制造模式”(九):数控机床国内外水平比较研究

Abstract: Aiming at the overall comparison of the gap between domestic machine tools and foreign advanced machine tools,the principle of comparing the technical level of domestic and international CNC machine tools was established,the concepts of “representative machine tools” and “average level” was given.The comparison principle of “same species,similar specifications,similar grade” was built,as well as the calculation method of three quantifiable technical indicators and the expert scoring method of six non-quantifiable technical indicators.The analysis and processing methods of the scoring results were discussed,and finally the operation skills of comparative analysis were investigated by means of examples.The feasibility of the proposed method was verified,which provided a method with practical operation value and reliable results for comparing the technical level of domestic and international CNC machine tools.

摘要: 针对全面比较国产机床与国外先进机床整体水平差距的需求,本文建立了国内外数控机床技术水平比较的原则,给出了“代表性机床”和“平均水平”的概念,建立了“品种相同、规格相似、档次相近”的比较原则,建立了3项可量化技术指标的计算方法和6项不可量化技术指标的专家打分方法,讨论了对打分结果的分析处理方法,最后用算例的方式讨论了比较分析的操作技巧,验证了方法的可行性,为进行国内外数控机床技术水平的比较提供了一种具有实际操作价值、结果可信的方法。
