Abstract: Aiming at the serious low-end trend in the domestic CNC machine tool industry,resulting in the high-end machine tools could not meet the current situation of demand for high-end machine tools in national key fields,the current competitive pattern of domestic CNC machine tools was discussed comprehensively from three aspects:low-end price free-for-all,mid-end competition weakness and high-end technology lack,and the formation of this pattern mainly rested with the long-term formation of low-end consumption concept and low-end consumer groups was pointed out.The problems existing in this competition pattern was analyzed,and the suggestions for the healthy development of domestic CNC machine tool industry were given in terms of policies and strategies.That were optimized the layout of domestic CNC machine tool industry,built industrial clusters of machine tools according to the industrial chain,vigorously develop functional components,and realized the transformation to high-end manufacturing mode as soon as possible.

摘要： 针对国产数控机床产业存在严重的低端化倾向,致使高端机床不能满足国家重点领域对高端机床需求的现状,从"低端价格混战、中端竞争乏力、高端技术缺失"三个方面全面论述了目前国产数控机床的竞争格局,并指出形成这种格局的原因主要在于长期形成的低端消费观念和和低端消费群体。分析了这种竞争格局存在的问题,从政策和策略方面给出国产数控机床产业健康发展的建议:优化布局国产机床产业、按产业链打造机床的产业集群、大力发展功能部件、尽快实现向高端制造模式的转型。
