“高档数控机床的高端制造模式”(八):高端制造模式转型的策略研究

Abstract: The shift to the high-end manufacturing model is a complex systems engineering project,if there is not a systematic theory and methods to be supported,it is difficult to reach a given goal.For high-end manufacturing mode transformation,a seven-layer onion model was established.The basic concepts and main contents of each layer of onion model were analyzed in detail.Through the onion model from the innermost layer to the outermost layer of the reverse layer peel analysis,the idea and method of transformation were straightened out,and the guiding ideology of high-end manufacturing mode transformation was proposed.The transformation strategy was discussed specifically from four aspects:management and control organizational structure,product realization process,business management process,and operation resource guarantee.

摘要: 制造模式向高端的转型是个异常复杂的系统工程,如果没有一套系统的理论和方法做支撑,很容易造成转型失败。针对制造企业向高端制造模式转型的需求,建立了高端制造模式转型的7层洋葱模型,详细分析了洋葱模型各层的基本概念和主要内容;通过对洋葱模型从最内层到最外层的逆向层层剥离剖析,理顺了转型的思路,并提出高端制造模式转型的指导思想,最后从管控组织架构、产品实现过程、业务管理过程、运行资源保障4个方面有针对性地论述了具体的转型策略。
