Abstract: To improve the utilization efficiency of maintenance resource,a multi-objective preventive maintenance model with single unit based on input-output ratio was set up.The direct maintenance cost was considered as input and the multi-objective maintenance effect integrating equipment's availability with product qualification rate was used as output in the model.By investigating the influencing mechanism of deteriorating quality-related components on equipment's failure rates and product quality degradation,the equipment's availability indexes based on proportional hazard model and the product qualification rate based on response model were established,and the weight coefficients allocated according to the amount of products affected by 1% change of each index was used to construct the multi-objective maintenance efficiency function.The optimal maintenance plan was achieved by maximizing the output per maintenance cost,and the proposed maintenance strategy could provide a new way of maintenance modelling and decision-making for the enterprise.

摘要: 为提高维护资源的利用效率,提出一种基于投入产出比的多目标预防性维护模型。该模型以维护直接成本为投入,以涵盖设备开动率和产品合格率的多目标维护效果为产出,通过引入质量相关部件衰退对设备故障率和产品质量的影响机制,构建了基于比例故障率的设备开动率指标和基于响应模型的产品合格率指标,进而以各指标单位变动所影响的产品数量为基准分配指标权重,建立了多目标维护效率函数与设备预防维护模型,以实现设备单位维护成本的产出最大化,从而为企业的设备维护管理提供一种新的建模与决策思路。
