House of quality of product-service design for elderly mobility aid considering travel scenarios

Abstract: Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a commonly used demand-driven program design method and tool.In view of the limitations of traditional demand acquisition,the requirement attributes were obtained from the elderly travel scenario,and the graph embedding method was combined with random walk with restart to construct a two-layer network link prediction model to predict the probability of the existence of links at non-temporary nodes,and explore key requirement attributes and their similarity.In view of the subjectivity of the house of quality demand empowerment,based on the obtained key requirement similarity matrix,the matrix values were clustered and scored first,and then the DEMATEL method was used to indirectly obtain the requirement attribute weights.Aiming at the problem that the traditional method for calculating the importance matrix of the engineering characteristics of house of quality did not consider the decision-maker's psychological preference for risk,TODIM was used to consider the psychological preference of experts to deal with risk through the value of the loss avoidance coefficient.The importance was sorted by calculating the overall advantage of engineering characteristics,and the strategies for product development and redesign of age-appropriate mobility aids were proposed.Taking the analysis of the engineering characteristics importance of the elderly mobility aid product supplier product-service system as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through example analysis.

摘要: 质量功能展开(QFD)是常用的需求驱动型方案设计方法和工具。针对传统获取需求的局限性,从老人出行场景出发获取需求属性,将图嵌入法与重启随机游走(RWR)算法结合,构建双层网络链路预测模型,预测非邻节点存在链路的概率,挖掘关键需求属性及其相似性。针对质量屋需求赋权主观性问题,基于获取的关键需求相似性矩阵,先对矩阵数值聚类评分,再采用DEMATEL方法间接得到需求属性权重。针对质量屋工程特性重要度矩阵计算传统方法没有考虑决策者风险心理偏好的问题,采用TODIM通过损失规避系数取值考虑专家应对风险的心理偏好,通过计算工程特性的总体优势度进行重要性排序,并提出适老助行产品开发、再设计策略。最后以适老助行产品供应商产品服务系统工程特性重要度分析为例,通过算例分析,验证所提方法的有效性。
