Abstract: Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a kind of quality management method that combines both qualitative and quantitative techniques.QFD is driven by customer requirements,transfers the pivot of quality management to the stage of product design,and assure the product quality form the source.After QFD was proposed,by integrating modern artificial intelligence methods,optimization theories,computer technology,applied mathematical tools,many scholars had presented a lot of new extended models and methods based on the basic theory and framework of QFD.The up-to-date literature papers related to the quantitative models and methods of QFD was collected,classified,compared and discussed in this paper.By considering the recent research trends,some QFD-related research fields were also presented,which were suggested to be specifically concerned in the future.

摘要： 质量功能展开(QFD)是一种定性与定量分析相结合的质量管理方法,其以顾客需求为驱动,将质量管理的重心前移到产品设计阶段,从而在源头上保证产品的质量。自QFD提出以来,很多学者结合人工智能方法、最优化理论、计算机技术、应用数学工具等,在QFD基本理论和框架的基础上提出了一些新的扩展模型和方法。因此,针对近年来涉及QFD量化模型与方法的国内外研究文献进行了梳理、分类、比较和评述,并结合近期研究前沿从4个方面总结了未来需要重点关注的QFD相关研究领域。
