Abstract: The learning factory serves as a modern educational platform that integrates practical teaching,skill enhancement and industry-university-research collaboration,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with practical abilities and innovative spirits.Addressing the issues of low construction standards and unclear implementation paths of learning factories in China,a construction pathway for learning factory was proposed,which included a double-layer triple helix model,a technical framework and key technological routes.Additionally,by analyzing the construction and application cases of learning factories at Purdue University and RWTH Aachen University in Germany,recommendations were made for the future development of learning factories to provide references for the high-level integration of industry,university and research in China.

摘要: 学习型工厂是一种集实践教学、技能提升、产学研合作于一体的现代化教育平台,旨在培养具备实践能力和创新精神的高素质人才。面对我国学习型工厂建设水平不高、学习型工厂实施路径不清晰问题,总结提出学习型工厂的建设路径,包括学习型工厂构建原则、双层三螺旋模型、技术框架和关键技术路线。同时,通过分析普渡大学和德国亚琛工业大学的学习型工厂建设和应用案例,为学习型工厂的未来发展提出建议,以期为我国产学研融合向高水平发展提供参考。
