Abstract: n the context of rapid development of smart technologies and continuous innovation of supply chain management approaches,the optimal decision making and supply chain coordination for Platform Digital Empowerment(PDE)investments by the retailer and Smart Supply Chain(SSC)technology investments by the manufacturer were explored.Considering a two-level supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer,in which PDE investment affects market demand and SSC technology investment reduces channel costs,the effects of SSC technology investment cost coefficient and PDE investment cost coefficient on optimal decisions and profits were analyzed,as well as the changes in optimal decisions before and after coordination by constructing a centralized,decentralized and contractual model.The study showed that the supply chain performance under decentralized decision was significantly lower than under centralized decision;the two-way cost-sharing contract could effectively coordinate the supply chain and reach the Pareto improvement of supply chain members when the sharing ratio of manufacturers and retailers was small,and at the same time,it could alleviate the secondary markup behavior caused by double marginal effect and motivate supply chain members to SSC technology and PDE investment.

摘要： 在智能技术快速发展,供应链管理方式不断革新的背景下,探讨零售商进行平台数据授权(PDE)投资以及制造商进行智能供应链(SSC)技术投资的最优决策和供应链协调问题。考虑由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的二级供应链,其中PDE投资影响市场需求,SSC技术投资降低渠道成本,通过构建集中、分散与契约模型,分析SSC技术投资成本系数和PDE投资成本系数对最优决策及利润的影响以及协调前后最优决策的变化。研究表明:①与集中式决策相比,分散式决策下的供应链绩效明显低于集中式决策下;②双向成本分担契约在制造商、零售商分担比例较小时,可有效协调供应链,达成供应链成员的帕累托改善,同时,可以缓解双重边际效应导致的二次加价行为并激励供应链成员对SSC技术和PDE进行投资。
