考虑调度约束的产能共享平台供需匹配

Abstract: The supply-demand matching problem of manufacturing resources under capacity sharing platform is a two-sided matching problem between multiple tasks and services.A novel two-stage supply-demand two-sided matching decision model of manufacturing resource was proposed.In the stage of two-sided matching satisfaction evaluation,a method for handling heterogeneous evaluation information of satisfaction criteria was proposed,meanwhile a satisfaction criteria weight determination Method based on Removal Effects of Criteria (MEREC) and a satisfaction evaluation method based on Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) were proposed.In the stage of supply-demand two-sided matching and scheduling optimization,a multi-objective two-sided matching model was developed to minimize the total cost and of maximum delivery time tasks,maximize the total satisfaction of supply and demand sides and the total benefit of services,and a solving algorithm combining the Longest Distribution Time (LDT) rule with the Unified Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅲ (U-NSGA-Ⅲ) was proposed.The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed decision model were verified by case implementation and comparative analysis.

摘要: 产能共享平台下的制造资源供需匹配问题是多个任务与多个服务之间的双边匹配问题,由此提出了一个兼顾用户满意度、经济效益和调度约束的两阶段制造资源供需双边匹配决策模型。首先,在供需双边匹配满意度评价阶段,提出了异质满意度指标信息处理方法,并提出了基于指标移除效应(MEREC)的满意度指标权重确定法和基于度量备选方案和根据折衷方案的排序(MARCOS)的满意度评价法。其次,在供需双边匹配与调度优化阶段,构建了最小化任务最大交付时间和总成本,最大化供需总满意度和服务总收益的双边匹配模型,并提出了将最长分发时间(LDT)规则与扩展的第三代非支配排序遗传算法(U-NSGA-Ⅲ)相结合的模型求解算法。最后,通过算例实现和对比分析验证了所提两阶段决策模型的有效性和优越性。
