Abstract: To realize intelligent manufacturing with high self-adaptation,it is necessary to grasp the real-time running state of manufacturing system.Aiming at the difficulty of time-varying property of manufacturing resource state and non-linear relationship among manufacturing resource state,combination state and job state,a modeling method of manufacturing system based on manufacturing combined state transition was proposed.In this method,multi-level-state topology of temporal and combinatorial logic of manufacturing resources was constructed,and transition functions of different levels' states were defined,which described the nonlinear relationship between different states in the manufacturing system.Based on the transition between manufacturing combined states which associated the different levels' states of manufacturing system,the automata model of manufacturing resource state,combination state and job state was built.The production process of two satellite box bodies was described with the automata model,and the validity of the proposed modeling method was proved.

摘要: 针对制造资源状态的时变性,以及制造资源状态、制造资源组合状态、任务状态之间存在非线性关系的问题,提出一种基于制造组合状态跃迁的制造系统建模方法。该方法通过建立制造资源在时序上与组合逻辑上的多层状态拓扑结构,定义了不同层次状态之间的跃迁函数,形成了制造组合状态之间的跃迁机制,实现了对制造系统内不同状态之间的非线性关系描述。以关联制造系统不同层次状态的制造组合状态跃迁为基础,建立了从制造资源个体状态、组合状态及任务状态的自动机模型,最终实现了制造系统建模。最后,利用所建的自动机模型对两个卫星箱体混线生产过程进行描述,验证了所提建模方法的有效性。
