螺线管装配生产线数字孪生建模技术

Abstract: Owing to a few of researches on digital twin model,th digital twin modeling technology still being a hot and difficult point in the field of intelligent manufacturing.The digital twin modeling technology of the production line was studied from the aspects of physics,behavior and information decision.Specifically,the physical model was used to visualize the attributes and potential physical laws of the production line,such as size,shape and assembly relationship.The digital twin behavior model was constructed by standardized description method to simplify the behavior semantics and promote the information storage and flow.The feedback control function was superimposed on the hardware module through the information decision model to optimize the operation performance and realize the full closed loop optimization based on data self-execution.The application of digital twin technology in intelligent monitoring,information feedback,decision control was demonstrated through the intelligent operation and maintenance system of production line.

摘要: 鉴于数字孪生模型的研究较少,数字孪生建模技术仍是当前智能制造领域的研究热点和难点,以离散制造系统的螺线管装配生产线为研究对象,从物理、行为、信息决策3方面探究生产线的数字孪生建模技术。通过物理模型可视化表达生产线的尺寸、形状、装配关系等属性和潜在的物理规律;通过标准化的描述方法构建数字孪生行为模型,简化行为语义,促进信息存储与流动;通过信息决策模型使硬件模块在反馈控制功能的驱动下,实现在环仿真和闭环优化。最后通过生产线智能运维系统展示数字孪生技术在智能监测、信息反馈、决策控制等方面的应用价值。
